Bronco Reservation Information

We are no longer taking reservations. If you’ve already reserved, thank you and welcome to the Bronco family! Your authorized Ford dealer will reach out to you to begin customizing your Bronco order in Early 2021. If you do not hold a reservation, you can still visit our Build and Price page to configure your own Bronco, and then contact your local dealer for ordering information and timing estimates.

Here’s How It Works

What is a reservation?

A reservation is the opportunity for customers to configure and save a spot in line to place an order with their preferred dealer for a new vehicle by paying Ford a refundable reservation amount. It is not a vehicle order or purchase, does not grant any interest in a vehicle, and does not guarantee delivery or priority.

What steps are required to complete my reservation?

Go online and select your preferred configuration, create a Ford account, select your preferred dealer, and enter your credit card details and address. A confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by you.*

You will also request your preferred dealer contact you with respect to your reservation and authorize Ford to provide your preferred dealer with your contact information, including email and phone number, and reservation request. Your credit card information will not be shared.

What is a Ford Account and why do I need one?

A Ford Account lets you sign in to the Ford website to save and manage your personal and reservation information. You need to create a Ford Account to reserve a vehicle. Reservations can also be tracked in your Ford Account at *

Can I select any Ford Dealer?

Yes, all Ford of Canada dealers will be eligible to sell Bronco and Bronco Sport. The dealers will be provided for your selection based on your postal code, or you can enter the name/postal code of your favourite Ford Dealer.

Can I make changes to my reservation?

You will be able to make changes and complete your Bronco configuration at the time you place your order. The order conversion process will begin in mid January and run through March 19, 2021. Customers should expect their selected dealer to schedule an order consultation to complete their configuration, agree on selling terms, and place the order.

When can I order my vehicle?

When will I take delivery of my vehicle?

Vehicle shipments are expected to begin in Summer 2021. Actual delivery times may vary based on vehicle model and configuration selected, and demand. Once your vehicle is scheduled, you can get timing updates from your dealer.

Are customers who convert their reservation to order within the Jan – Mar 19th, 2021 period guaranteed a 21MY?

Unfortunately, customers that place an order during this time window are not guaranteed to receive a 21MY Bronco. After March 2021, your dealer will be able to communicate to customers that place an order their estimated delivery timing based on reservation timestamp, vehicle model and configuration selected, and part constraints. Deliveries are estimated to begin in Summer 2021.

With so much demand, why isn’t Ford building more 21MY Broncos?

We’re committed to building them as fast as we can. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, 21MY production is a shortened model year.

What happens if my order is not built in 2021 Model Year?

Due to the high number of Bronco 2 and 4 door reservations, deliveries may extend into the 2022 Model Year (MY) Bronco, subject to model year changes, including to MSRP. Your dealer will be able to give you more information on this by mid 2021.

What happens to the reservation amount paid by me once I order?

The reservation amount will be refunded to you by Ford once your dealer has processed your reservation request, including by ordering your vehicle and handling the other details of your vehicle purchase. Your dealer may request a vehicle deposit or other information from you.   

How do I cancel my reservation?

You may cancel your reservation at any time and request a refund of your payment online at If you cancel your reservation, your payment will be credited back to your credit card within 10 business days. Please note that all cancellations are final. If you enter into a purchase agreement for the vehicle with your dealer, which may include a deposit requirement negotiated between you and your dealer, your payment will also be credited back to your credit card.

Will my configuration from Build & Price be sent to my dealer?

No. Bronco reservation holders should use the Build & Price tool to support their upcoming order consultation. We recommend printing and saving a copy to share with your dealer during ordering process. Your Build & Price configuration does not guarantee a set price for the Vehicle. The Dealer sets the Vehicle price, which may differ from the MSRP.

Am I buying this vehicle directly from Ford?

No. If you choose to buy the vehicle, the vehicle purchase will be between you and the dealer, not you and Ford.

How many reservations can I make, and can I transfer my reservation?

Up to two reservations per account. Your reservation number is assigned to you and cannot be transferred.*

Will you share my reservation information with my dealer?

Your reservation information, including your contact information, will be shared with the dealer you select at the time of reservation to enable your dealer to handle your reservation request and assist you to order and purchase the vehicle. Product FAQs

Why can’t I get a Black-Painted Hard Top Roof at launch?

Due to the continued effects of COVID-19 on our supplier, the Black-Painted Modular Hard Top and Dual Top Roofs will unfortunately not be available until 2023 model year. Build & Price will be updated at that time.

What roofs are now standard for the Bronco two-door and four-door Wildtrak series?

Wildtrak will come standard with a Carbonized Gray Moulded-in-Colour Hard Top. 

Why isn’t the Sasquatch Manual Transmission available in the Build & Price?

As mentioned in our announcement, Sasquatch expanding to Manual Transmission-Equipped Bronco models will now be a 2022 model year option. Build & Price will be updated at that time.

Why do certain models prohibit some accessories?

We have a Bronco for every customerMany Bronco accessory items can be added during or after vehicle delivery at the dealer. We engineered Bronco for maximum off-road capability and GVWR restrictions may limit combinations of certain accessories.

Has the delay to Summer 2021 enabled the late-availability Sasquatch Package and Manual Transmission configuration to catch up?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the entire Bronco production launch schedule shifted, now pushing the Manual Transmission Bronco models with available Sasquatch Package into 2022 model year.
