2023 Ford Explorer® models offer seating for up to six passengers when equipped with available 2nd-row captain’s chairs and seating for up to seven when equipped with the 2nd-row bench seat. Combined with 2486L of cargo capacity behind the 1st row with the rear seats folded flat, 1356L behind the 2nd row with the 3rd row folded and 515L behind the 3rd-row seats, you can take everything from tents and coolers to sports equipment — along with everyone — on trips near or far.101
