First Invoice
Every customer will receive a first invoice at the beginning of their journey with Ford Credit.
If your account is not set up for Automatic Payment Withdrawals, you will receive a regular invoice based upon your payment schedule (monthly or bi-weekly). Take note of your account number (located on the left side of your invoice), this is your unique customer identifier and will be needed if you contact us for assistance and for enrollment in Account Manager.
If your account is set up on Automatic Payment Withdrawals, monthly/biweekly invoices will no longer be sent.
Account Manager
Managing your vehicle financing is easy and convenient with Account Manager. This secure portal allows you to view your account details, check your balance, review your payment schedule, access statements, and much more. We encourage you to register or sign in today!
Ways to Pay
Enjoy the convenience of knowing your payments are always submitted by their due date with Automatic Payment Withdrawals (also called Auto Debit), simplifying your financial management. Auto Debit allows you to pre-authorize your payment to be withdrawn directly from your bank or credit union account. Contact us if you have any questions about setting up, restoring, or cancelling your Auto Debit payments.
