What is my payoff on my Ford Credit account?

For your convenience, the payoff is available online through Account Manager for retail accounts only.

Please follow these steps to view your payoff: 

1. Sign in to the Ford Credit Account Manager by visiting accountmanager.ford.ca.
2. Click on Sign In to enter your username and password. If you have a Ford account, use those credentials.  If you do not have an account, click Create Account on the Ford Credit login page.
3. After signing in to Account Manager, select View Payoff.
4. On the Payoff Quote Details page, you can view the payoff. 

Please be advised we require 3 full business days notice prior to your payment due date in order to have sufficient time to stop AutoDebit payments.
