      The 2023 Ford Super Duty® Chassis Cab is ready to work. Featuring a standard 7.3L V8 engine and standard 10-speed transmission. And with the F-600, you’ll be prepared to tow and haul for the job at hand. Chassis Cab also offers exciting available technology features and standardized safety features to help reduce the chance of a collision.10 Plus, Ford Telematics™*, Ford Data Services™* and 5G to keep you connected. LARIAT models showcase the available 12" screen with SYNC® 476, giving you the technology that matches your hauling and towing power.

      THE F-600

      The Super Duty® F-600* with the 6.7L diesel engine is designed to tackle your toughest jobs with ease. The F-600 features a strong payload rating and is able to tow up to 34,700 lbs. (15,740 kg)20**. It boasts a GCWR of 43,500 lbs. (19,731 kg)20 and higher-weight-rated 19.5" tires allow it to achieve a GVWR of 22,000 lbs. (9,979 kg).

          UPFITTING MADE EASY

          The 2023 Super Duty® Chassis Cab is designed with upfitting in mind, for everything from snowplows to emergency vehicles. The open C-channel frame aft of cab features a standard 34" frame-rail width. With the Super Duty Chassis Cab frame and body, you can work hard and work smart, with aft-of-axle frame extensions for outstanding configuration flexibility. The Ford Pro™ Upfit Integration System digitally connects the upfit body to the truck. There are 6 standard auxiliary upfitter switches located overhead in the cab to help operate a variety of powered equipment. Power Takeoff (PTO) provision is standard on all Chassis Cab models.

            FORD TORQSHIFT® 10-SPEED AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

            All Super Duty® Chassis Cab models features the standard Ford TorqShift® 10-Speed Automatic Transmission, with diesel models featuring PTO torque. For extra power, the standard Power Takeoff (PTO) Provision with Mobile Mode lets you power an aftermarket snowplow, pump, compressor or other accessory.

            PAYLOAD

            The reduced body weight combined with a frame that's 8 times stiffer than before — together, these things help to increase the payload in the 2023 Super Duty® Chassis Cab. And that’s a big reason the F-550® DRW has an impressive maximum payload rating of 12,750-lb. (5,783 kg). * The F-600 takes things even further and hauls up to a maximum of 14,480 lbs. (6,568 kg). **

            The Super Duty® has an impressive gross combination weight rating — 40,000 pounds. * But we didn’t stop there; the F-600 takes things even further, with a GCWR of 43,500 lbs. (19,731 kg). ** Factor in the fully boxed under-cab and the C-channel aft-of-cab frame built of high-strength steel — plus the heftier components of the suspension, chassis and driveline. Now add the outstanding hauling and towing capabilities and you've got one impressive truck.

            FRONT GROSS COMBINATION WEIGHT RATIO (GCWR)

            Upfit with the Ford Super Duty® Chassis Cab. Some of the weight savings from the high-strength, military-grade60, aluminum-alloy body were reinvested into heavy-duty axle and front suspension components, resulting in a maximum front gross axle weight rating of 7,500 lbs. (3,402 kg). * This maximum GAWR rating is available on the F-450 and F-550 and standard on the F-600.

            TOUGH AND DURABLE HIGH-STRENGTH STEEL FRAME

            The fully boxed under-cab and C-channel aft-of-cab frame is made of high-strength steel with up to 10 crossmembers with key crossmembers through-welded to increase stiffness. The frame also includes a 3-hole pattern added to the bottom side of the frame, allowing for easier aftermarket hitch installation. The C-channel frame easily accommodates a wide range of upfits, from flat and dump beds to wrecker, service and delivery bodies.
