With Pickup & Delivery, a Ford driver will pick up your vehicle at your home or office, have it serviced at the dealership, and return it when service is complete.
Ford Pickup & Delivery cost can vary by dealer — be sure to confirm the cost with your preferred Ford dealer when booking your service. Once service is booked, your Ford Dealer will pick up and return your vehicle. It does not include parts or repair charges.
Ford Pickup & Delivery is offered by participating dealerships and may be limited based on availability, distance, or other dealer-specified criteria. A non-operational vehicle is not eligible and will require a Roadside event. Contact your preferred Ford dealer to confirm service availability in your area.
