From the purchase or lease and delivery of a new Ford F-150 Lightning or Mustang Mach-E, the Ford Power Promise™ is intended to help make owning an electric vehicle easy by supporting customers in the areas that matter most: Home Charging, Ongoing Support & Guidance, On-the-Road Charging, and Battery Confidence.

Available only for Ford F-150 Lightning and Mustang Mach-E owners. Once enrolled, customers can text a dedicated Ford advisor for electric vehicle support.

 

Ford advisors can help with post-delivery support and answer electric vehicle questions on topics such as charging, BlueCruise or software updates.

 

If the vehicle runs out of charge, a Ford advisor will proactively reach out to the customer via a phone call or SMS. Our advisor can then assist in coordinating a tow if needed, whether it be to the customer’s home, a dealer or a charging station.
