How do I unenroll from the Ford Energy Rewards program?
You can unenroll from Ford Energy Rewards through your utility provider by completing the following steps.
- Log in to your Ford Energy Rewards account through your utility provider’s website.
- Select Unenroll below your vehicle's image on the Ford Energy Rewards dashboard.
Note: If you want to unenroll multiple vehicles, you will need to unenroll each individually.
- Press Unenroll on the next page to confirm you want to unenroll from the program.
- Select all feedback checkboxes that apply and enter any additional feedback you want to submit.
- Press Submit.
You can confirm you are now unenrolled by navigating back to the Ford Energy Rewards dashboard and verifying the status shows "Unenrolled" below your vehicle's image.
