What should I do if the picture of my Ford vehicle is no longer showing in the Ford app?

If you have added your vehicle to the Ford app and the image no longer shows, try restoring the image using the following steps.

1. Log out of the Ford app and then log back in.
2. Check your device for software updates.
3. Uninstall and reinstall the Ford app.

If your vehicle still does not show, contact Ford app support using the Account > Help options in the Ford app.
