How do I contact Ford's Roadside Assistance?

You can contact Roadside Assistance* for support with a tow, jump-start or other emergencies by calling 1-800-665-2006 or by requesting support through the Roadside Aid Form or the Ford app. 

Note: Roadside Assistance is included during the Powertrain coverage period of your vehicle's New Vehicle Limited Warranty and with most Ford Protect Extended Service Plans. To find warranty information for your vehicle, visit the Ford Support website and enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

Before reaching out to Roadside, be sure to have the following information available: 

  • Vehicle Location
  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  • Vehicle year, model, and colour
  • License plate number

With Ford's Roadside Aid Form

With the Ford's Roadside Aid form, you can request Roadside Assistance online and skip speaking to an agent. You can also choose to receive real-time updates via SMS or email.

Note: The Roadside Aid form is separate from the roadside assistance option in the Ford app, as help can be requested directly without having to initiate a call to a roadside agent.

With the Ford app

  1. Log in to the Ford app.
  2. Tap the tool icon to go to the Service screen.
  3. Select Roadside Assistance.
  4. Fill out the Roadside Assistance request form to submit your request through the Ford app or press the phone button on the top right-hand corner to call Roadside assistance.
