How do I cancel the BlueOval™ Charge Network Charging Service?

To cancel BlueOval™ Charge Network access:

  1. Go to ford.ca/connectedservices.
  2. Sign in using your Ford account credentials.
  3. Select the applicable vehicle from your garage.
  4. Go to BlueOvalTM Charge Network, from the Connected Services Menu. 
  5. Press Manage.
  6. Select Cancel Service at the bottom of the Key Features section. 
  7. Press Confirm to complete the cancellation request.

Notes:

  • You can reach the ford.ca/connectedservice page directly through the FordPass®* App by selecting the Connected Services tile from your Account page. 
  • Only the subscription owner can cancel the charging service.
