How do I delete messages in the FordPass®* Message Centre?

If both your Account tab and Message Centre tab have dot indicators, this means you have a new message in FordPass. 

To delete a single message:

  1. Navigate to the Account landing page.
  2. Select Message Centre.
  3. Swipe to the left on the message you want to delete.
  4. Select Delete.
  5. The message will be removed. 

Note: You can also open the message and select Delete.

To delete multiple messages:

  1. Navigate to the Account landing page.
  2. Select Message Centre.
  3. Tap Edit in the upper right of the screen. 
  4. Check each box next to the messages you want to remove. Tap Select All to remove all messages. 
  5. Select the trash icon to delete the messages.
  6. Confirm your request by tapping Yes, Delete from on the pop-up message.
