Why do I have a Member ID?

The Member ID has been created to assist with the FordPass^® Rewards loyalty program. Every customer with a Ford online profile has been assigned a Member ID. To locate your Member ID in the app:

1. Navigate to the Account landing page.
2. Your Member ID is located between your name and the View & edit profile link.
