Is my Ford equipped with a Wi-Fi Hotspot*?

  1. Log into your Ford Account on Ford.ca.
  2. Select a FordPass® Connect**-equipped vehicle. Find out if your vehicle is equipped with FordPass Connect.
  3. Scroll down to the Vehicle Status section.

If your vehicle is equipped with a Wi-Fi hotspot, the following message will display:

*Wi‑Fi hotspot includes wireless data trial that begins upon AT&T activation and expires at the end of 3 months or when 3 GB of data is used, whichever comes first, but cannot extend beyond the complimentary subscription period for remote features. To activate, go to AT&T/Bell connected vehicle page.

**FordPass Connect (optional on select vehicles), the Ford Pass App, and Complimentary Connected Services are required for remote features (see FordPass Terms and Conditions for details). Connected Service and features depend on compatible cellular network availability. Evolving technology/cellular networks/vehicle capability may limit functionality and prevent the operation of connected features. Connected services exclude Wi-Fi hotspots.
