What is the TNS Parts & Service survey?

TNS Canada is an independent marketing research company commissioned by Ford of Canada to conduct a survey of current Ford owners. The purpose of this survey is to provide feedback on Ford’s Parts & Service offerings, in order to improve its service in the future.

The survey takes approximately 20 minutes. In appreciation of your participation in the survey, those who qualify and complete their survey by the specified drawing period will be entered into a draw to win various cash prizes.
