How do I change my Ford password?

Your Ford account, Ford app account, and Wi-Fi® hotspot* passwords can all be changed on the Ford Support website, using the following steps.

  1. Go to ford.ca/support.

  2. Select the Account icon.

  3. Choose Sign In.
  4. Log in to your Ford account.
  5. Select the Account icon.
  6. Choose <Your Name's> Account.
  7. Scroll down to Sign-In & Security, then select Edit now.
  8. Click Edit.
  9. Input the verification code sent to the email address on your Ford account.
  10. Select Submit.

How do I reset the password for my Ford account?

*Wi-Fi hotspot includes wireless data trial that begins upon Bell activation and expires at the end of 3 months or when 3GB of data is used, whichever comes first, but cannot extend beyond the trial subscription period for remote features. To activate, go to www.bell.ca/connectedcar.
