How do I update the information on my Ford accounts?

You can update your account's contact information through the FordPass®* App or the Ford website.

Note: Your Ford account on the Ford website and FordPass App account share the same username (email). Updating your information through either of the methods below will apply the changes to both your Ford and FordPass accounts.

Ford Website

  1. Visit Ford.ca.
  2. Select MY ACCOUNT.
  3. Click on Sign In and enter your username and password.
  4. Select <Your Name's> Account.
  5. Choose ACCOUNT SETTINGS to edit your contact information.

FordPass App

  1. Log in to the FordPass App.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Choose either Login Credentials or Profile, depending on the information you would like to update.
  5. Enter your information.
  6. Tap Save.

General Ford Information

  • To update your contact information with your Ford Dealer, please notify them directly.
  • If you sell your vehicle or move and need to update your address, contact our Customer Relationship Centre at 1-800-392-3673.

    Important: Be sure to take all necessary steps as required by federal and provincial law in the sale and transfer of a vehicle.
