Why did I not get a recall notice for my Ford?
Before any new recall notices are mailed, Ford Motor Company obtains registration and title information from the Provincial or Territorial Registration Offices to identify the vehicle owner on record. We recommend that you contact your registration office to ensure your vehicle registration is up to date, including your mailing address.
To see if your vehicle is included in a recall, either:
- Visit the Recall page on the Owner Support site and enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
- Log in to the FordPass®* app to check for recall alerts.
If your vehicle is involved in a recall, contact your Ford Dealer to schedule an appointment.
