What if my vehicle is stolen?
Stay safe. We'll walk you through the steps to help get your vehicle back.
Step 1 — Call the police.
Your local law enforcement will help you file a report—make a note of the police report number and contact information to provide to the Ford agent when you call.
Step 2 — Call us at 1-866-861-0419.
You can call us at this number or through the FordPass® app. We'll take it from here:
Our Ford agent will verify the police report with law enforcement.
Our agent will then start tracking your vehicle's location and disable the Factory Reset functionality.
You will receive a confirmation email from our agent with a summary of the case details.
Our Ford agent will engage police to share location information for your vehicle and request updates on your behalf.
Step 3 — If your vehicle is successfully recovered, the police will let you know.
Call us back and speak with a Ford agent to deactivate tracking and initiate Recovery Mode.
You will receive a Recovery Mode confirmation email.
Your vehicle will be returned to you by law enforcement.

What's the difference between Stolen Vehicle Services and the Ford Security Package?
We first rolled out Stolen Vehicle Services with Theft Alerts to select 2024 F-150® trucks.
For select 2024-2025 F-150 trucks (excluding F-150 Lightning®) and select 2025 Super Duty® trucks with SYNC® 4 version 2.1.6.4, we've expanded that offering to include Start Inhibit. This is now called the Ford Security Package, which also includes Stolen Vehicle Services.
How do I get the Ford Security Package?
The Ford Security Package is included for a year from the new warranty start date on select 2024–2025 F-150 trucks (excluding F-150 Lightning®) and select 2025 Super Duty trucks.

How much does the Ford Security Package cost?
The Ford Security Package is included for a year with the purchase of a select 2024–2025 F-150 truck (excluding F-150 Lightning®) or select 2025 Super Duty truck from new vehicle warranty start date. After the first year, plan pricing is $9.99/month (plus tax). Customers can cancel anytime.
