The 2026 Ford Maverick^® XL has two engine options including the 2.5L hybrid engine, FWD or optional AWD, Power-Split Electric CVT. Or the available 250 horsepower 2.0L EcoBoost^® gas engine, AWD, and 8-speed automatic transmission.

The 2026 Ford Maverick^® pickup features a single 4'5" long cargo bed, offering 33.3 cubic feet (943 litres) of total cargo volume. ^* The bed‘s width between the wheel wells is 42.6" (1,082 mm), with an overall width of 53.3" (1,353 mm).

The 2026 Ford Maverick^® pickup is available with all-wheel drive (AWD). Standard on Lariat^® models, available on XL and XLT models. Maverick Lobo^™ and Tremor^® models are equipped with Advanced 4WD.

The standard powertrain for the 2026 Maverick^® pickup features a standard FWD 2.5L hybrid engine or an optional AWD drivetrain. An available 2.0L EcoBoost^® engine comes with AWD or Advanced 4WD (Lobo/Tremor models) drivetrain.

The 2026 Maverick^® pickup can be towed with all four wheels down when equipped with the standard 2.5L hybrid engine and either AWD or FWD. ^*
