Buck-It List™ Challenge (each, a “Challenge”)

Description

Hauling adventure gear

Show how your Bronco Sport® or Bronco® is ready for adventure by capturing it parked with your outdoor gear loaded and secured, like bikes on a rack, a kayak on the roof, or camping gear in the cargo area. The focus should be on how your vehicle helps you bring the gear that gets you outside.

Meeting up with another Bronco

Celebrate the Bronco community by snapping a photo of your Bronco Sport® or Bronco® parked next to another Bronco like at a trailhead, park, or campground. This challenge is all about connection – two Broncos, one moment, and the road (or trail) ahead.

Using G.O.A.T. (Goes Over Any Type of Terrain) Modes™

Show your Bronco Sport® or Bronco® ready for the conditions by capturing the G.O.A.T. Mode™ you’ve selected, such as ECO, Snow, or Mud/Ruts, while the vehicle is safely parked. Pair it with the setting you’re about to explore to show how you choose the right mode for the terrain.

Bringing friends or family on an outdoor adventure

Capture the start of an outdoor adventure with friends or family, with your Bronco Sport® or Bronco® parked nearby, showing how your vehicle brings people together.

Venturing off-road (on a designated trail)

Show your Bronco Sport® or Bronco® at a designated off-road trail, parked near trail signage, a map board, or a scenic lookout. This challenge is about responsible exploration and highlighting where your SUV can take you. Always consult the Owner’s Manual before off-road driving. Drivers are encouraged to remain on trail and to tread lightly to limit their environmental impact.

A Facebook or Instagram post that meets the entry requirements outlined above qualifies as one (1) entry submission into the Contest.  If an Entrant wishes to complete more than one Challenge, the Entrant must submit all of the Buck-It ListTM Challenges they completed in a single photo post or a single video/reel only. Limit of one (1) entry per Entrant.

All Entrants and entries are subject to the terms and conditions associated with creating and maintaining an Instagram or Facebook account, as well as the Facebook and Instagram privacy policies, which are at the sole discretion of Facebook and Instagram. The Contest is open to existing Facebook and Instagram account holders as well as new account holders.

In case of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the Facebook or Instagram profile used for a particular entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a Facebook or Instagram profile. The potential winner may be required to show valid proof of being the Authorized Account Holder of the Facebook or Instagram profile associated with their potentially winning entry. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

Each Entrant shall be eligible to win only one (1) prize during the Contest Period. The odds of being selected as a potential winner are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received in the Contest Period.

11. Winner Notification: A representative of the Contest Sponsor will contact the potential winners via the social media handle used for their entry within forty-eight (48) hours following the conclusion of the random draw and review of eligible submissions (“Winner Notification”). If any potential winners cannot be contacted within forty-eight (48) hours of the first attempt to contact (including failing to reply to the Winner Notification) or, if contacted, do not claim their prize, or do not meet all of the Contest conditions outlined in these Rules, including the requirements listed in Section 12, the “Winner Conditions” section below, the potential winner will be disqualified and forfeit their prize, and another random draw will take place to determine another potential winner, who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner. This process will continue until contact is made with a selected Entrant who meets the Contest requirements or until there are no more eligible entries, whichever comes first.

The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for failed attempts to notify any selected Entrant.  Upon prize forfeiture, no prizes or other compensation will be given.

12. If a potential winner(s) does not meet all the Contest requirements, refuses to provide the contact information requested by the Contest Administrator and/or does not sign and return the Declaration of Eligibility and Release form to the Contest Administrator within the specified time, the potential winner will forfeit their prize.

13. Prize Distribution: Once confirmed as the winner, Tier 1 prize winners will receive their prize via mail by the Contest Administrator within two (2) months of the Contest close. Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded. Failure to redeem a prize (or prize portion) will result in forfeiture of the prize and unused portions of a prize have no cash value. Winner bears all risk of loss or damages to prizes after delivery. Unused prizes will not be replaced by the Contest Administrator or Contest Sponsor.

In such event, the Contest Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, choose to select (a) winner(s) from among all eligible entries received up until the time of cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension.
