How do I cancel the BlueOval Charge Network Charging Service?

Visit your connected services page to cancel your access to the BlueOval^™ Charge Network.

1. Choose your preferred method and complete the appropriate steps through:
   • The Ford Website:
     1. Go to the Ford website.
     2. Click Sign In.
     3. Enter your credentials.
     4. Select Sign In.
     5. Click on Account.
     6. Select Connected Services.
   • The Ford app:
     1. Open the Ford app.
     2. Scroll down and select Connected Services.
2. Tap on BlueOval Charge Network.
3. Scroll down and select Cancel Service.
4. Tap Yes, cancel to complete the cancellation request.

Note: Only the subscription owner can cancel the charging service.
