How do I update my account information in the Ford app?

You can update your name, address, phone number, and other details on the Account screen of the Ford app^* using the following steps. 

1. Log in to the Ford app.
2. Select Account.
3. Choose Account Information.
4. Adjust the details as needed.
5. Pick Save.
6. Select the Back Arrow to exit the screen. 

If you need additional assistance, contact Ford app support through the app by navigating to Account > Help, where you can select either chat or phone support.
