How do I earn FordPass® Rewards points?

FordPass Rewards Points can be earned through the purchase of qualifying Ford, Motorcraft® or Omnicraft™ parts, associated labour from participating Ford dealers and by members participating in qualifying activities and offers from Ford, through the FordPass* App or FordPass Rewards website.

Point-earning opportunities could include:

  • Points with new vehicle purchase or lease for completing the following:
  • Having your vehicle serviced (retail repair orders only) at a participating dealer (restrictions apply).
  • Eligible special promotions or offers.
  • Surveys, videos or other eligible customer engagement activities.

Please note that the ability to earn and redeem Points on eligible Connected Services is unavailable in Canada at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are actively working to expand our services. Please check back for updates on future availability in Canada.
