When will I receive my Rewards Points?
Your earned Rewards Points will be deposited into your account within 10 days of a qualifying service transaction and 30 days of a sales transaction. Certain activities may require additional time to validate qualifying transactions.

How can I use the Complimentary Maintenance Points?
You can use the Complimentary Maintenance Points toward:
- Maintenance visits (oil & filter change, cabin air filter, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection).
- Future select services.
- A discount toward the purchase of your next vehicle.
If I purchase new vehicle without a FordPass Connect modem, will I be eligible for FordPass Rewards Points?
Yes, in this case, you do not need to connect a modem, but you must enroll in FordPass Rewards and purchase or lease a new vehicle to earn the 30,000 Points.
Will I receive Complimentary Maintenance Points if I buy my vehicle at the end of my lease?
If you buy out your vehicle at the end of the lease, it is considered a used vehicle sale at the point of the buy-out, and therefore ineligible for Points earnings.
