How do I change my FordPass®* username?
After changing your username, you will be logged out of FordPass and will need to log back in using your new credentials (your new email address and your password).
- Open the FordPass App.
- Navigate to the Account landing page.
- Select Settings.
- Tap Change Username.
- Complete the security prompt based on your phone's settings.
- Type in your New Username, which is your email address.
- Confirm your new username.
- To make your new username your preferred contact email, check the box.
- Tap Save.
