How do I reset my Phone As A Key™*?

You can reset your Phone As A Key settings on your vehicle's SYNC®** screen using the steps below. 

Note: If you complete a Phone As A Key reset, you will need to re-set up your key(s) again. 

Resetting Phone As A Key

  1. Safely enter your vehicle.
  2. Ensure that your vehicle is on, running, parked, and in a well-ventilated safe area.
  3. Tap Settings on your SYNC screen.
  4. Select General.
  5. Scroll down to Reset.
  6. Tap FordPass Connect Reset.
  7. Select Phone As A Key Reset.
  8. Tap Continue to remove all Phone As A Key devices.
