Why is the FordPass App crashing?
The FordPass®* App may crash if there are issues with device compatibility, outdated app versions, or signal strength. Use the steps below to ensure your device is up-to-date and connected.
- Ensure that your device is compatible with FordPass.
- Confirm that you have the latest app version installed.
- Check your cellular strength and/or Wi-Fi® connection.
- If using Wi-Fi, check to see if it is enabled.
- If Wi-Fi is turned off, turn Wi-Fi on and attempt to connect.
- If Wi-Fi is turned on, turn Wi-Fi off and attempt to connect using cellular data.
- If using your cellular data, check to see if it is enabled.
- If cellular data is turned off, turn cellular data on and attempt to connect.
- If cellular data is turned on, turn cellular data off and attempt to connect using Wi-Fi.
- If using Wi-Fi, check to see if it is enabled.
