How do I turn my Ford vehicle's Wi-Fi hotspot on and off?
You can turn on your Wi-Fi® Hotspot* using your vehicle's SYNC®** screen if you have an active data plan with Bell.
To enable and disable your Wi-Fi Hotspot:
Note: Your vehicle must be parked and running, and in an open location (e.g., free of overhead foliage, ceilings, etc.).
- Tap the Vehicle icon.
- Select Vehicle Hotspot.
- Toggle the slider to your preference (On or Off).

*Wi-Fi hotspot includes wireless data trial that begins upon Bell activation and expires at the end of 3 months or when 3GB of data is used, whichever comes first, but cannot extend beyond the trial subscription period for remote features. To activate, go to www.bell.ca/connectedcar.
**Don’t drive while distracted. Use voice-operated systems when possible; don’t use handheld devices while driving. Some features may be locked out while the vehicle is in gear. Not all features are compatible with all phones.
