Can Ford locate my missing key fobs?

Ford is unable to locate your missing key fobs. If your keys are lost, and you do not have an extra one, new key fobs may be obtained from your Ford Dealer. 

For security reasons, you must visit the Dealer in person and provide proof of identification and vehicle ownership.

• Personal Identification: This includes a valid driver's license, state-issued picture ID, or passport.
• Vehicle documentation: This must include the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and the name of the person seeking the key code. Acceptable documents include:
  • Current Vehicle Registration
  • Current Certificate of Automobile Insurance
  • Vehicle Title
  • Bill of Sale
