Available 360 degree camera providing sight line for hooking up vehicle hitch to trailer

The available 360-degree camera with split-view display10 * uses four cameras – one in the grille, tailgate, and under each of the side-view mirrors. The system lets you see all sides of the truck by stitching the images together and displaying them on a centre stack screen. It’s useful when manoeuvring in tight spaces and on trails. Also helpful is dynamic hitch assist that provides a dynamic sight line to help direct your hitch ball to the trailer receiver.10
*Cameras only operate at speeds under 9 kilometres per hour.

Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop-and-Go technology10 allows you to set a cruising speed and distance from the vehicle ahead. When activated, the Stop-and-Go feature automatically accelerates and brakes your truck while maintaining your pre-set distance.

The technology can bring your vehicle to a complete stop in stopped traffic and resume as traffic begins to move*.

*Driver-assist features are supplemental and do not replace the driver’s attention, judgment and need to control the vehicle.

**If vehicle is stopped for more than three seconds, driver must intervene and press “RES” button or accelerator pedal to resume motion.

Blind spot information alert in driver side outside mirror

Available BLIS10 (Blind Spot Information System) with Cross-Traffic Alert and trailer coverage10 signals you in the outside mirror when a vehicle is detected in a blind spot — and provides coverage for the truck you’re driving as well as the trailer you’re towing*.10

The cross- traffic alert feature can detect a vehicle passing behind when you’re slowly backing out of a driveway or parking place.10

*Driver-assist features are supplemental and do not replace the driver’s attention, judgment and need to control the vehicle. See owner’s manual for details.
Technology offering assistance in unexpected situations

Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking118*  adds to a suite of driver-assist technologies that can make your drive safer for both you and the world around you. If the system’s sensors detect a potential collision with a car or pedestrian in front of you, a warning flashes on the windshield and an audible alert sounds. The brakes will also precharge and increase brake-assist sensitivity to provide full responsiveness when you do brake. If you do not take corrective action and a collision is imminent, brakes can apply automatically.
*Driver-assist features are supplemental and do not replace the driver’s attention, judgment and the need to control the vehicle. While Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking may be especially helpful in unexpected situations, it does not replace the driver and has limitations, including nighttime, low and harsh lighting conditions, vehicles moving in a different direction and certain weather conditions.

The driver-activated Lane-Keeping System can alert you to unintentional lane drifting10138 *. Choose the lane-keeping alert mode that vibrates the steering wheel when you drift too close to a lane marker — or the lane-keeping aid mode that activates directional steering torque to help guide you back to the centre of the lane. Or combine the effects of both modes: continue drifting after the steering torque is activated and the steering wheel adds the vibrating sensation.
*Lane-Keeping System does not control steering.
