How do I start a Ford Connected Navigation Services subscription?
Connected Services* subscriptions must be activated via the Ford Connected Services website or through the Ford app.
Important:
- Before you activate a Connected Services subscription, you must activate your vehicle's modem via the Ford app.
- The subscription cannot be transferred or refunded if you sell or trade in your vehicle.
Select the method you would like to use to enroll from the drop-down options below for instructions.
Using the Ford App
- Log in to the Ford app and launch the Home screen.
- Scroll down and tap the Connected Navigation tile under the Connected services heading.
- Select Activate. The Connected Services website will launch.
- Complete the payment process.
Using the Ford Website
- Log in to Ford.ca.
- Select Connected Services.
- Choose Manage.
- Review the available plan(s), select the one you would like to purchase, and choose Next.
- Read and agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
- Select the Continue to payment button.
- Enter your payment method and choose Confirm Purchase.
Note: The Confirm Purchase button will only be enabled once the Terms and Privacy Policy have been agreed to and the box is selected.
Once Confirm Purchase is chosen, an order confirmation will appear on the screen, and an email will be sent to you stating that your order has been received. You will receive another email once payment has been processed and the order is complete.
