SiriusXM Versions
Depending on your Ford vehicle model, year, and infotainment system, you can access different versions of SiriusXM. Choose a version from the drop-down options below to learn more about it.
SiriusXM Radio Platinum Plan
SiriusXM Radio's Platinum Plan delivers the ultimate entertainment experience, offering an extensive lineup of ad-free music, premium sports coverage with live play-by-play from every major sport, and exclusive talk, comedy, and news. Whether you are listening on your vehicle's satellite radio, on the go via the SiriusXM mobile app, or at home on your smart devices, SiriusXM seamlessly connects you to your favourite artists, hosts, and teams.
SiriusXM Travel Link
With SiriusXM Travel Link, you get detailed information seamlessly integrated into your vehicle’s navigation system.
Depending on the terms of your subscription, you may receive one or more of the following:
- Weather updates
- Fuel prices
- Movie listings
- Sports scores
- Stock information
- Electric vehicle charging information
- Parking information

SiriusXM with 360L
The SiriusXM with 360L** audio platform provides you with access to hundreds of channels, including exclusive streaming channels and on-demand content you will not find anywhere else. It is delivered through your vehicle’s onboard modem or through a connected smartphone.
It also provides:
- Curated audio recommendations based on your listening history and selected favourites.
- The ability to set up individual listener profiles for different users.
Note: Vehicles that have Ford Digital Experience†, SYNC 4A††, or SYNC 4, are equipped with SiriusXM with 360L.

Getting Started With SiriusXM
Before you begin, you must verify if your Ford vehicle is equipped with SiriusXM. Select a drop-down option below to check your vehicle's status using our Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) lookup tool, or to find your Electronic Serial Number (ESN) or Radio ID.
SiriusXM VIN Lookup
- Go to the SiriusXM VIN lookup tool website.
- Enter your VIN in the Your VIN field.
Note: If you need assistance locating your VIN, refer to the Where can I find my VIN? article.
- Select Submit.
A new page will appear with your vehicle's SiriusXM information. You can also activate SiriusXM through the activation tab on this page if needed.
Locating your ESN or Radio ID
Important: Ensure your vehicle is running and in Park (P) in an open, well-ventilated, and safe area before you begin.
Based on your vehicle's infotainment system, follow the steps below to find your ESN or Radio ID. If you need assistance identifying your SYNC generation, refer to the What SYNC version do I have? article.

SiriusXM Subscriptions
If your Ford vehicle is equipped with SiriusXM, you may be eligible for a trial subscription‡ or able to purchase a pre-paid multi-year Extended Service Subscription‡‡. Select a drop-down option below to learn more about SiriusXM subscription options.
SiriusXM Trial Subscription
If your vehicle is equipped with SiriusXM, your trial subscription will start automatically on the vehicle's sale date. New Ford vehicles that are model year 2021 and later come with a 3-month all-access trial subscription.
Visit the SiriusXM website or call SiriusXM Customer Support at 1-888-539-7474 if you need assistance setting up your complimentary trial or renewing your subscription. You will need to provide your ESN or account number when contacting SiriusXM.
SiriusXM Extended Service Subscription
A SiriusXM Extended Service Subscription is an optional add-on available at the time of a new vehicle order. This subscription provides 3 years of the SiriusXM Platinum Plan and streaming audio services, including ad-free music, sports, news, comedy, and talk.
This Extended Service Subscription is available through your Ford Dealer for $299. This delivers over $700 in savings compared to the standard monthly pricing offered through SiriusXM separately (priced at $1,080).

Troubleshooting SiriusXM
If your vehicle is equipped with Ford Digital Experience†, SYNC 4A††, or SYNC 4, follow the steps in the table below to ensure your SiriusXM subscription is active before troubleshooting. If your vehicle is equipped with any other generation of SYNC, contact SiriusXM at 1-888-539-7474 for support.

- If you have recently activated your subscription, have a refresh signal sent from SiriusXM to refresh your hardware.

Multiple Channels Are Not Playing From 1 to 699
Important: Ensure your vehicle is running and in Park (P) in an open, well-ventilated, and safe area before you begin. Also, ensure there is nothing on or above the antenna (e.g., overhead foliage, ceilings, etc.).
If you are missing a wide range of channels from 1 to 699, tune to channel 1. If channel 1 does not work, move your vehicle to another location and try again.
If your concern is still not resolved, contact the Customer Relationship Centre using our Live Chat option or by calling 1-800-565-3673.
Multiple Channels Are Not Playing From 700 and Above
Important: Ensure your vehicle is running and in Park (P) in an open, well-ventilated, and safe area before you begin. Also, ensure there is nothing on or above the antenna (e.g., overhead foliage, ceilings, etc.).
If you are missing multiple channels from 700 and above, make sure both Vehicle Connectivity and SiriusXM are switched on.
If your concern is still not resolved, contact the Customer Relationship Centre using our Live Chat option or by calling 1-800-565-3673.
One Specific Channel Is Not Playing
If you are missing one specific channel from SiriusXM, contact the Customer Relationship Centre at 1-800-565-3673 with your SiriusXM Electronic Serial Number (ESN).
