How do I log in to my Ford account?
You can log in to your Ford account using the Ford website or the Ford app, using the steps below.
Important:
- Your login credentials are the same through the Ford website or the Ford app.
- You must already have created a Ford account or a Ford app account to log in.
Signing in to Your Ford Account
Choose your preferred sign-in method from the drop-down options below to learn how to sign in to your Ford account.
Through the Ford Website Using a Computer
- Go to ford.ca.
Select the Account icon.
- Click Sign In.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Choose Sign In.
You are now signed in and can navigate Ford.ca through a customized experience tailored to your account.

Through the Ford Website Using a Mobile Device
- Go to ford.ca.
- Tap the Menu dropdown.
- Select My Account.
- Choose Sign In.

- Open the Ford app.
