Where can I get an Owner’s Manual?

You can access a free digital copy of your Owner's Manual through the Ford website, the FordPass®* App, or your vehicle's SYNC®** 4A or SYNC 4 screen. Physical copies can be purchased from one of our suppliers.

Accessing a Digital Copy of an Owner's Manual 

Select your preferred method from the drop-down options below to learn how to access your vehicle's digital Owner's Manual.

Ford Support Website

Online copies of Owner's Manuals (including Warranty Guides) are available on the Ford Support website by entering either your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or your vehicle's year and model.

FordPass App

To access your Owner's Manual in the FordPass App:

  1. Log in to the FordPass App.
  2. Navigate to the Service screen.
  3. Select Reference Guide
  4. Tap Owner's Manual
  5. Select the latest version of the Owner's Manual.

Notes: 

  • Other reference materials will be available to select, including your Quick Reference Guide, Supplemental Owner's Guide, Tire Warranty, and Warranty Guide. 
  • Currently, this feature is only available in the FordPass 4.X experience and is not supported in FordPass 5.X.

SYNC

Digital Owner Manuals are available for SYNC 4A and SYNC 4 generations.

SYNC 4A

To access your Owner's Manual with SYNC 4A:

  1. Navigate to the Application Drawer
  2. Select Owner’s Manual.

SYNC 4

To access your Owner's Manual with SYNC 4:

  1. Navigate to the Features screen.
  2. Select Owner's Manual
