The 2023 Super Duty® Chassis Cab is designed with upfitting in mind, with an open C-channel frame aft-of cab featuring a standard 34" frame-rail width. With the Super Duty Chassis Cab frame and body, you can work hard and work smart with aft-of-axle frame extensions for outstanding configuration flexibility, a factory-installed, programmable upfitter interface module for ease of upfitting and 6 auxiliary upfitter switches located overhead in the cab to help operate a variety of powered options.

The 2023 Super Duty® Chassis Cab is designed with upfitting in mind, with an open C-channel frame aft of cab featuring a standard 34" frame-rail width. With the Super Duty® Chassis Cab frame and body, you can work hard and work smart, with aft-of-axle frame extensions for outstanding configuration flexibility, an available factory installed, programmable upfitter interface module for ease of upfitting, and six auxiliary upfitter switches located overhead in the cab to help operate a variety of powered equipment.

POWER TAKEOFF (PTO)

The Power Takeoff (PTO) Provision with lets you power an aftermarket snowplow, pump, compressor or other accessory. The PTO provision is standard across the entire engine lineup. An output gear connects directly to the engine crankshaft to power your PTO anytime the engine is running, whether the vehicle is in motion or stationary. Another big feature is “split-shaft” capability (diesel only) that allows multiple accessories to operate at the same time when the truck is stopped.

PAYLOAD PACKAGE

The 2023 Super Duty® Chassis Cab has three Payload Packages to choose from to get the job done. They include the Downgrade Package, the Upgrade Package and the Plus Upgrade Package.

STRONG TOWING

When the job calls for towing huge loads, the Super Duty® Chassis Cab lets you do just that, thanks to the heavier and stronger frame, components and driveline of today’s generation of the Ford Super Duty. The 2023 Super Duty Chassis Cab features max gooseneck towing of 34,700 lbs. (15,740 kg)* and you can choose from two Trailer Tow Packages, standard or high capacity.

ADVANCETRAC® WITH RSC® AND TRAILER SWAY CONTROL

The Super Duty® Chassis Cab model comes with standard AdvanceTrac® with RSC® (Roll Stability Control)19 and trailer sway control19. AdvanceTrac and RSC use gyroscopic sensors and apply a combination of reduced engine power and selective wheel braking to help maintain control of the vehicle and the trailer in tow.19
